  4. The intention of this document is to provide Waterloo Maple Software (WMS)
  5. with a non-exclusive right to distribute the program material described below,
  6. which has been submitted by the author(s) to the Maple share library, and,
  7. to protect both the author and WMS from liability.
  8. It is the intention of the author and WMS that the spirit of this agreement
  9. be to make these programs freely available to the community of Maple users.

  40. Acknowledgement of Agreement

  43. I am contributing this program material to WMS for use with the Maple
  44. computer algebra system.  I agree that WMS may duplicate, and distribute
  45. this program material as part of the Maple system.
  46. I also agree that WMS may modify and maintain this program material.
  47.  
  48. To the best of my knowledge, I have the right to contribute this program
  49. material without breaching any obligation concerning non-disclosure of
  50. proprietary or confidential information of other persons or organizations.
  51.  
  52. I make no claims as to the capabilities and correctness of this
  53. program material and thereby assume no liability of any kind for the
  54. correct operation of the code.

  56. Both parties reserve the right to terminate this agreement to distribute the
  57. above program material(s) at any time.  This is expected to happen over time
  58. as the program material(s) becomes obsolete or cannot be maintained.

  60. In the event that the author(s) or WMS decide to terminate this agreement,
  61. after the author(s) or WMS notify the other party of this decision in writing,
  62. WMS will immediately remove the program materials listed above from the
  63. development version of the share library.  Thus they will not appear in the
  64. next electronic update of the electronic versions of the share library nor
  65. with the next release of Maple.
